    What you'll be doing:
    As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your role is pivotal in the support of the candidate journey & experience.

    You'll leverage your expertise to coordinate interviews, build and manage candidate databases, and facilitate seamless communication between candidates and hiring managers.

    Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, some of your key responsibilities will be; Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media platformsCoordinating interview schedules and logistics, managing multiple calendars and ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring teamsEngaging with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive candidate experienceMaintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics, ensuring accurate reporting of recruitment dataCollaborating closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner & hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support them in achieving their recruitment goals.

    Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract top talent and enhance Ashtead Technology's employer brand.

    Some other things that will help you to succeed in this role? An HR qualification or have relevant experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Coordinator or Administrator.

    A proven track record of successfully supporting end-to-end recruitment processes.
    Experience in compiling recruitment data and producing management reports.
    Proficiency in recruitment tools such as LinkedIn & Indeed.
