- Building strong relationships with stakeholders of all levels across the business and owning the business partnering process for multiple business units
- Supporting on key transformation projects – building out reports and creating the data output
- Assisting with the continuous development of the FP&A function including review of systems, tools, controls, and processes to ensure the most appropriate and accurate insights can be generated
- Where needed, ownership of Month-end tasks including intercompany balances and data reconciliation across the companies ERP and reporting systems
- Other ad hoc requests strategic and tactical requests
- Newly qualified (ACCA\CIMA\ACA)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An analytical mind with strong attention to detail
- Significant business partnering experience with senior stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills
- Will bring an innovative approach to problem solving and a desire to use financial skills to help develop and grow the business
