As a Merchandiser you will be responsible for maximising category performance through strategic range and stock planning.

Description

Construct & aid presentation of company range plans ensuring accurate buy plans & financial roll ups by category and channels. Review pricing hierarchy and margin for preseason sign off.
Recommend product range structures, including option count and range depth, through data analytics.
Review sales and forecast future demand for ecom channel & rolling options, planning the order volumes to achieve sales budgets.
Provide forward visibility of stock intake & inventory holding reports.
Review in season stock opportunities and stock out risks ensuring category profitability is maximised.
Ensure merchandising calendar and critical path deadlines are met to achieve stock delivery on time in full, providing forecast information to achieve where needed.
Support the intake freight process, identifying continuous improvement processes that reduce cost and improve service.
Review and present weekly ecom trade performance into the business
Prepare monthly and adhoc financial reports for business use.
Build strong working relationships with supply base & other functions.
Strive to introduce best practices across merchandise planning and stock intake.
Responsible for the management of Junior Merchandiser to ensure a robust and welltrained merchandising team.
