Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Manager located in City of Bristol. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at construction sites, managing subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinating with the design and planning teams, and maintaining quality standards throughout the construction process.

Package

£60,000 - £75,000

New build, refurb, heritage

Car allowance, holiday and bonus scheme.

Qualifications

Excellent project management and leadership skills
Proven experience in construction site management
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred
Experience in heritage restoration projects is a plus.
