The Role:
You will be working in an established Customer Service team and reporting into the Customer Service Manager.

You will ensure efficient and effective management of defects raised by the customer, sourcing suitable trades and seeing them through to the customers satisfaction.

You will be managing the Customer Care emails, escalating serious concerns and managing where possible all defects. You will need to be highly organised, empathetic and passionate about customer care.

The Applicant:

The ideal candidate must have:

• Customer service experience, ideally within construction but not essential
• Own car/license.
• A passion for customer service.

It is desirable to have:

• Worked for a residential Developer in a similar role.
