Senior Transport Planner

Location - Central London

Salary £42k - £52k (Depending on experience)

Emtech is working with an international multi-disciplinary practice offering design consultancy services for the built environment.

Active in all sectors of the construction market, the company undertakes new buildings and refurbishment schemes in both the public and private sectors.

You will get to work on a variety of projects from inception to completion, helping to solve the transport planning challenges on our clients' projects.

Requirements -Assist in the management and delivery of transport projects.
Consultation with stakeholders including TfL, GLA, National Highways, and local highway authorities.
Traffic modelling including the use of TRICS and Tempro
Liaison and attendance at meetings with clients and responding to client's requests for information;
Input into multi-disciplinary projects including transport support for Environmental Impact Assessments;
An understanding of providing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and other transport reports required for planning applications.
Ability to undertake capacity modelling using PICADY and ARCADY and ideally LinSig
An understanding of designing preliminary highway layouts in accordance with DMRB
Ability to support the development of masterplans in regards to highway standards including Manual for Streets
Degree or Masters within a relevant subjectBenefits include -26 days annual leave
