The One Group are pleased to be working with a leading provider of Gears and Gearboxes to a range of sectors in Hertfordshire who are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to be joining a growing business and are seeking a self-motivated team player with excellent communication skills to own the manufacturing process for the assigned area.

You will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing processes are safe producing quality products on time and under budget.

Create and properly manage BOM's and routings of machining processesCreate and maintain process documentationWork with the product development team to ensure new products transition effectively to the shop floorDeploy lean tools and practice throughout the operations departmentWhat we are looking for:
