    Description

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious accountant keen to build and grow their own client portfolio. You will be supported by our Senior Commercial Advisers and get to work with a diverse and growing collection of client businesses.

    Part of the role will involve attending meetings and events (internal and external) as required to nurture Client relationships, independently generate 'new wins' and further develop an understanding of the Client base/market.

    You will proactively seek ways to add value to the clients and the firm and liaise with other specialists across the business to meet the clients needs.
    As an accountant with a contemporary approach, you know how crucial your support and advice is to your client. You understand that to support them fully you must take a real and genuine interest in them and their business, partnering this with really sound Accountancy knowledge and experience.

    This role is best suited to an individual looking to offer the best levels of service to our valued commercial clients. You may already be working as an Adviser or looking to make that first step in managing your own portfolio.

    Additional Information

    Thanks to our commitment to flexible working, in this role you will have the opportunity to work at least partially from your home office. However, a regular presence on-site at one of our friendly South West offices would be required in order to build strong relationships with colleagues in this and other Old Mill teams.
