Description

Reed Accountancy are seeking bright, analytically minded, and strong numeric credit controllers to join our Coventry based clients.
This role is full time and permanent.
The purpose of the role is to maximise cash collections from aged debt.

Main Duties:
Credit Control - cash collection - reducing aged debtor days.
Query Resolution
Liaising with other internal departments
Escalating payment issues to senior management
Aged debt monitoring

It is vital for the role that the incumbent have the following criteria:

Problem solving abilities; able to facilitate discussions.
Able to identify and focus on key priorities.
Strong numeric and analytical skills and providing particular attention to detail.
Previous billing and Credit Control experience preferable but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills

FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED
