- Lead the development of the application software which will support the calibration and configuration of the embedded control systems.
- Support the implementation of analysis tools to optimise control system performance and reliability.
- Contribute to software resource plans and release schedules.
- Promote the implementation of software development best practices.
- Educated to degree level in a software or engineering subject.
- Extensive experience within an object orientated software development environment.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas would be advantageous:
- C#
- .NET technologies
- Python
- Matlab
- Databases (MS SQL Server, MongoDB, InfluxDB)
- APIs (REST, gRPC)
- Microservices (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Cloud technologies (Azure, AWS)
- Be familiar with agile development methodologies.
- Ability to plan and manage own workloads.
- Clear and concise communication, verbally and with the use of email.
- Is self-motivated, innovative and capable of working generally unsupervised to challenging deadlines.
- Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

We have an opportunity for an Application Software Development Engineer to join the Andretti Cadillac Team at the new Silverstone Facility. In this role you will work within the Control Systems group and be responsible for the development of the application software to support the operation of the embedded control systems.
