An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant to join our Post Completions team based in our Canterbury office.

This is a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months. The role covers , Monday to Friday and is inclusive of a one hour lunch break.

You will play an important part by supporting the teams Registration Officers administratively.


Key Duties of the Role:


  • Filing of case matters in the correct order.
  • Updating OS1/OS2 searches in the Land Registry.
  • Checking matters are live in the Land Registry.
  • Generally filing of all paperwork and post.
  • Scanning/photocopying documents and uploading them to the Partner system.
  • Replying to Lender Letters as they arrive.
  • Sending out Title Documents to Lenders and Clients with any additional documents required.
  • Checking Land Registry portals, uploading new searches and advising of cancellations and task list.
  • Clearing balances on files as requested by the Team Leader.
  • Any other ad hoc administration tasks deemed reasonable to meet the needs of the team in the delivery of excellent client service
  • Participate in all training programmes initiated by the Line Managers.
  • Report all issues of concern to the Head of Department or as they may direct;
  • To adhere to policies and procedures of the Firm;
  • To administer daily work within the restrictions of GDPR, Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme and Solicitors Regulation Authority;
  • To undertake additional tasks as deemed reasonable to meet the needs of the team in the delivery of excellent client service.

Requirements for the Role:


  • Previous experience working in an office environment.
  • Use IT systems efficiently.
  • High degree of accuracy and a keen eye for detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs A
  • C/94 or equivalent is essential;

Salary:
£22,500.00

Full training will be provided. You must be eligible to work in the UK.
