FULL TIME & PERMANENT - IMMEDIATE START




HOURS:
MON - FRI - 8AM - 5PM with approx 4 weekend shifts per year.

The role is physical so you will keep fit as you're on your feet. Staff room facilities for sitting down over lunch or join the production team playing ball sports during their break.
One of Swansea's most iconic brands is currently recruiting for a full-time permanent Production Operative.

Full on boarding and training received via the Production Manager and a very supportive Production team.


The main duties of the role:

  • Follow stringent safety and hygiene procedures
  • Mix and pasteurisation procedures for producing ice cream
  • Fill out paperwork correctly
  • Machine operative duties in production
  • Cleaning duties both within production and within warehouse
  • Transporting frozen stock from freezer rooms within production
  • Packing boxes
  • Ideally have factory experience
  • Use their initiative to move onto the next task
  • Be a team player
  • Work well with other production team members and the wider company
  • Follow instructions
  • Learn how to operate safely and effectively within the factory environment
  • Take care with all aspects of production from hygiene to delivery
  • Have excellent personal hygiene

Full-time (40 hours)
