    Our sixth division is Global Support , which provides shared, efficient business services and function-specific expertise to each of Informa's operating divisions.

    We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and help us deliver inspiring and innovative Marketing campaigns across a series of world-class B2B Maritime events in the MENA region.

    This role will require a creative, data-driven, and well-organised individual.

    You will work closely with the Head of Marketing on overall strategy, and also be very 'Hands On' for marketing campaign delivery.

    With support from two Marketing Executives (one of whom will be a direct report), you will have the autonomy to create and deliver innovative Marketing campaigns.

    You will have access to first-in-class training, MarTech, and support.

    Your events will also benefit fromaccess to a divisional Web Manager who will advise on SEO best practices and how to achieve the best UI/UX for your event websites.

    You will also have support from the divisional Marketing Operations Manager who leads on various platform integrations and key administrative actions.

    As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering multi-channel Marketing campaigns that support event objectives including onsite attendance and driving high quality sales leads.

    Planning, executing, and managing marketing campaigns that support key event objectives via (but not limited to) email marketing, social media, PPC, PR and Whatsapp/SMS.

    Working with a Marketing Executive (who is a direct report) and having access to a Digital Marketing Executive who will support the delivery and optimisation of your campaigns.


    Website management:

    Populating content and using the expertise of the Web Manager and the Digital Marketing Executive to optimise and refine the sites.

    Monitoring and analysing marketing campaign performance, providing data and insights to measure success and drive improvement.

    PPC agency management:
    Working closely with our PPC agency and the Digital Marketing Executive to bring our digital campaigns to life.

    Content creation:
    Developing compelling and customer-focused content for a multitude of mediums including sales collateral, social media, website, and more.

    Brand Management:
    Ensuring consistent brand messaging and image across all marketing efforts, maintaining brand integrity.
    At least two years of experience as a Marketing Manager (ideally within events)
    Line management experience (ideally with formal training in this area)
    Experience with building and deploying email marketing, including data segmentation, ideally in Eloqua
    Experience with website CMS, ideally Adobe Experience Manager
    Experience with web analytics, such as Adobe Analytics or GA4
    Some experience with a CRM such as Salesforce
    Prior experience working with agencies (PR, PPC)
    Knowledge of segmentation and experience in database management
    Knowledge of PPC, SEO and online advertising best practises
