Description

We have a fantastic, rare opportunity for a Working Mechanical Supervisor to join our highly skilled M&E Division working on commercial around Hampshire and Surrey on a permanent basis.


You will report to the Mechanical Project Manager and be responsible for overseeing a team of engineers ensuring that all works carried out are done so safely and professionally.

You will be able provide technical support when required and report on all Health and Safety procedures.


Antac are a multi-disciplinary company that provide a range of services including Building and Maintenance Services, M&E, MOD housing refurbs, Commercial Office Cleaning & Window Cleaning, through our qualified and experience staff.

Responsibilities:


  • Work effectively and efficiently as a Team Supervisor
  • Maintain records in line with the contract
  • Report and update on project status
  • Ensure company procedures and Health and Safety legislation is adhered to at all times
  • Implement and update the risk assessments and safety arrangements for maintenance activities

Essential:


  • Minimum of 2 years supervisor experience
  • C&G / NVQ Level
  • Mechanical Engineering Services
  • Previous experience working on commercial projects
  • Essential knowledge of Health and Safety requirements and Mechanical Safe Systems of Work
  • Good knowledge and understanding of building services, design principles, method statements, inspection test plans, commissioning, and handover requirements.
  • Ability to pass security clearance
