2nd Line Support Engineer

Milton Keynes

Up to £35,000 per annum

I am currently partnered with an IT company based in Milton Keynes, which truly prides itself on providing its customers with a premium support service.

We are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer attracted by the opportunity to join a small dynamic team,offering progression opportunities alongside the business's continued growth.

You will be a technically-minded, enthusiastic individual, with strong IT support experience.

Some of what you will be doing:

You will provide both remote and occasional onsite support to the projects team for delivery, installation, and configuration projects.
Proactive monitoring and support of the hosted environment, taking necessary corrective action.
Office 365 maintenance and Azure administration.

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

Confident in your ability to effectively diagnose and resolve 2nd line support issues in a prompt and timely manner.
Experience with Server Visualisation Technologies
Experience with Microsoft Server and Exchange
Working knowledge of major networking components and networking operating systems configuration
PC Hardware and software installation and troubleshooting experience.
