Supervisor
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Overtime
Contract: Full time Permanent / Temp to Perm

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a leading waste and recycling company.

The supervisor will be responsible for;

• The day to day operations of the site
• Management of health and safety
• Keeping management informed with any concerns
• Inducting and training new staff
• Ensuring input and output levels meet the requirements
• Ensure all bins / Skips are emptied correctly
• Mobile plant operations
• Oragnise the removal of waste adhering to regulations

The successful Supervisor will have experience in the following;

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Waste / Recycling / Plant industry
• A compliant working knowledge of site Health & Safety
• Hold a full driving licence (no more than 6 points)
• Management qualifications in Waste (desirabale)
• Plant Operation Tickets (NPORS / CPCS)
• SSSTS- Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme is preferred
• IOSH Managing Safety
• CSCS card holder is preferred
