    Job Description

    Mandatory Requirement.

    • Individuals to have 4 hours overlap the first half of the day in the UK time zone.
    • Candidates should have experience in Managing Oracle Cloud Deployments from the PMO side.
    • Comes from ERP consulting with excellent project management background preferably from Oracle ERP space.
    • Has proven experience handling cross-functional teams spread across the globe & driven multi-pillar projects including Finance, HCM, Planning, SCM, Logistics, etc.,
    • Should have proven experience in driving customer interaction sessions from discovery right up to the go-live & hyper care.

    Key points:

    • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for Oracle-related projects.
    • Execute projects according to established plans, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
    • Identify project stakeholders and establish communication channels.
    • Allocate resources effectively, including project team members, consultants, and external vendors.
    • Coordinate with resource managers to ensure availability and allocation of resources as needed.
    • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.
    • Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize impact on project delivery.
    • Define project quality standards and ensure adherence to quality processes and methodologies.
    • Manage changes to project scope, requirements, and deliverables.
    • Assess the impact of changes on project timelines, budgets, and resources, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
    • Manage relationships with Oracle and third-party vendors.
    • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverable artifacts.
    • Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to project stakeholders.
    • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, motivating team members to achieve project objectives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing client concerns or issues promptly.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the project management framework.
    • Implement best practices, lessons learned, and feedback mechanisms to enhance project delivery effectiveness.
