Job description:


Main purpose of the role:


We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join to support the general day to day marketing activity for our West Midlands region, based from our Tamworth regional office with agile working and some travel to sites as required.

The Marketing Coordinator will report into the Marketing Manager and form part of the wider Marketing team who are based nationally.

This role is on a fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave, commencing Spring 2024 for up to 12 months.


The post holder will identify marketing opportunities, ensuring that all marketing material is up to date and that all collateral across departments is consistent with group standards.

They will act as a guardian of the Keepmoat brand, producing high quality marketing materials and literature, including development and house type pages on our website, and plot specific content on our different property portals.


HS&S Responsibilities:


To take care of your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your work and adhere to the Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards.


Skills, knowledge & experience:


A full UK driving license is required due to the travel required within this role, a company car or car allowance will be provided.


Education & qualifications:


Essential
A minimum of GCSE or equivalent Level 2 Maths and English


Desirable
A Level, T Level qualifications and/or apprenticeship

Degree Level qualification, preferably in a marketing or business related degree
