The Role:

As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor at this firm, you will play a pivotal role in assisting on disputes across a wide range of sectors, including but not limited to energy, technology, engineering, and retail.

Handling a diverse caseload, including corporate and shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, trade and distribution disputes, and project-based disputes.
Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
NQ to 2 years post-qualification experience in commercial litigation.
Strong academic background.
