  • As a Contracts Administrator, your role will include allocating incoming queries, distributing incoming mail (whether directtoinbox or through eportals), preparing reports, handling records, carrying out initial due diligence on prospective contractual partners. You could also be trained to process simple standard contracts, such as NDAs, if this is something that you would want to explore._

Duties and responsibilities:


  • You will provide administrative support to the Research Contracts team and be at the front line of our service to the Faculty of Engineering community._

_Your key duties will include:
_

- _Maintain the team inbox _
- _Support the Head of contracts in the allocation of incoming work items to the relevant team members _
- _Prepare regular reports on the team's activity_
- _Ensure accurate records are kept regarding the contracting process_


Essential requirements:


  • To excel in this role, you will need to:_
- _Have excellent customer service skills and be a confident communicator when interacting with a diverse range of customers_
- _Have the ability to prioritise your workload, take ownership of tasks, and offer support across multiple projects_
- _Be a great teammate with a strong work ethic _
- _Have an eye for detail in all correspondence and data entry_

  • This opportunity will suit someone who has good IT skills and experience in a frontline customer service environment and enjoys working in a lively team._

  • This role is a fulltime role._
  • The College is currently trialling a Work Location Framework until early 2023. Hybrid working may be considered for this role and the role holder may be expected to work 60% or more of their time onsite, with 40% the minimum time spent onsite. The opportunity for hybrid working will be discussed at interview._
