We have an amazing Deputy Outpatients role available in a private hospital in Oxford.

Salary up to £45,000

Role of a Deputy Outpatients Manager:
Support the Manager in the efficient running of the unit.
Co-ordinate activity and be responsible for patient care and safety.
Be instrumental to the patient experience, ensuring seamless, personalised care.
Work well with consultants who are experts in their field.
Apply your knowledge and skills in assessment, care planning and delivery.
Champion a supportive, enabling working culture on the ward, promoting staff safety.

Requirements for a Deputy Ward Manager:
Experience working in an outpatient setting.
Experience in care of patients
Pre and post op experience as well as everything from Cardiac to Colorectal, orthopaedic, ENT, gynae and urology
Senior and managerial experience required.
