My client is a Chartered Surveying company with a large portfolio of commercial properties across the North West.

In the job as a Building Surveyor you will be responsible for undertaking the supervision and management of works projects.

In the job you willwork alongside the Asset Management, Construction, Operational Management and Legal Teams.


As a Building Surveyor your job will include:

  • Completing the full process of building surveying on a portfolio of commercial properties.
  • Undertaking a mixture of professional and project tasks.
  • Tasks include schedules of surveys, defect diagnosis, maintenance report and building assessments.
  • Assisting with of portfolio directives and undertaking other responsibilities when required.

As a Building Surveyor you will have the following skills for the job:

  • 2+ years' experience within a Building Surveying job
  • Degree level qualified in a relevant course.
  • APC qualified/ Chartered ideally
  • Selfmotivated with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism.
  • Determination to succeed.
  • Confident liaising with different people.
