Specialising in block management throughout the North West it is a great chance to develop a property career in a really unique form ofproperty management within a popular market sector.


Job description for a property manager:

  • Acting as a liaison between tenants and landlords
  • Maintaining properties within portfolio by addressing tenant complaints, conducting inspections, contracting repairs, and enforcing rules of occupancy
  • Working with management to ensure our practices remain compliant
  • Preparing legal documents including tenancy agreements and notices, and issuing for signature
  • Reviewing rents and negotiating increases/reductions in line with market values
  • Auditing property files and adverts for remarketing purposes
  • Reviewing inventories and checkout reports, negotiating deductions and refunding balances in a timely manner. When required, managing deposit disputes.
  • Ensure job and industry legislation is being adhered to at all times.

Job skills required for a property Manager:

  • Previous experience working in a property manager job
  • Knowledge of the block management sector is preferred
  • MIRPM, IPRM or ARLA accreditation desired but not essential
  • Able to commute to Stockport
  • UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, property management software
  • Experience in supervising on site staff, workload planning and allocation
  • Committed to providing excellent customer service
  • A Keen eye for detail
