The post holder will provide leadership to a small team of Provider Support Officers who together will help deliver the boroughs vision in Social Care.
Key responsibilities include the monitoring and scrutinising Electric Call Monitoring (ECM) usage from Homecare Providers. The management of IT Systems for Social Care including Controcc/IAS/Marketplace and the Care and Support Directory.The post holder will also be responsible in providing reporting/analysis to support the operational contract monitoring and placement data analysis to provide an improved overview of the provider market and increased financial control and support.
