Job Description:

Global Incident Management function plays crucial role in ensuring service impacting Production IT Incidents are managed consistently and effectively. Primary objective is to restore production services swiftly and efficiently.

The Level 1 Incident Manager will form part of Global Incident Management function via Follow the Sun principle and is responsible for managing Production IT Incidents consistently and effectively.
