Process Transformation Lead with excellent DMAIC, transformational process and process redesign experience skills required by a leading Financial Services company, on a hybrid basis from their London HQ.

This is a permanent role, offering a salary of between £75,000 – 90,000 (DOE) + bonus + an excellent benefits package.

You will join a greenfield Process Improvement programme where you will be responsible for embedding a continuous improvement culture, delivering process improvement projects, and coaching operational excellence across the organisation.

To be considered for this opportunity applicants must have the following experience:

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
• DMAIC, transformational process & process redesign experience skills
• Strong skills in Business Process Management (BPM) tools
• Ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences
• Exemplary stakeholder management skills
• Financial Services exposure

This is an excellent opportunity to join a newly established, high calibre Process Improvement team in a highly visible role, where you will spearhead change.

It must be stressed that applicants must have operated at Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, have exposure within the Financial Services and be comfortable with weekly on-site presence in London (3 days / week) to be considered.
