    Financial Business Analyst

    As a Business Analyst you will play a critical role in informing strategic decisions about the future of the company.

    You will feel comfortable working with large financial datasets, interpreting trends and producing accurate models of future trends to support key business decisions.

    You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to understand processes, assess needs and drive improvements through data-informed recommendations to optimise company performance.

    Analyse power market data, business development strategies, and concepts to identify opportunities.
    Document requirements, conduct feasibility studies, and develop business cases.
    Create detailed business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
    Build and optimize complex business models for capital project finance decisions.
    Conduct competitor analysis to support business development efforts.
    Contribute creative solutions to deliver cost-effective, efficient, and low-carbon energy solutions.
    Assist in creating business models.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    Proficiency in researching market and regulatory data, presenting proposals, and structuring capital business models.
    Programming and database skills (desirable).
