Key Stage 1 Primary School Teacher (Year 1) - September Waltham Forest

A lovely, vibrant and welcoming school located in Waltham Forest, is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Primary School Teacher to join a dedicated team.

The successful primary school teacher will be responsible for teaching in Year 1on a full-time basis.

Primary School Teacher Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that meet the needs of all pupils in Year
Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assess, track and report on pupil progress, setting appropriate targets and supporting pupils to reach their full potential
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum is delivered across Key Stage
Participate in schoolwide events, meetings, and professional development opportunities

Primary School Teacher Requirements:

A Bachelor's Degree in Education or equivalent
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1, with a successful track record of raising pupil attainment
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
