- Qualification as a solicitor in England & Wales (or another commonwealth jurisdiction, such as Australia or New Zealand)
- Upwards of 2 years' PQE
- A wealth of experience in advising on a range of FS Regulatory matters, particularly those relating to ESG
- Strong training and post qualification experience with a leading law firm and/or in-house legal team
- Prior experience gained within the FS or Asset Management sectors would be beneficial, but not essential
- The ability to start a 9 month assignment immediately or at short notice

Description
We are working very closely with a market-leading Alternative Legal Service Provider that is looking to second a FS Regulatory / ESG Lawyer to a leading Asset Manager for a 9 month assignment.
The successful lawyer will advise on FS Regulatory matters, particularly those with an ESG element.
A hybrid working arrangement is in place, with Lawyers spending 3 days a week in the London office.
The assignment is to start ASAP. Lawyers should ideally be available immediately or at very short notice.
