Tech 4/Subject Matter Expert (Network Infrastructure)


Our critical public service client is looking to expand their IT Support team with a number of SMEs at a 4th line capacity to cover the below tech stack across the team.

You will be working in a complex environment, with some older technologies to support the BAU of the organisations existing infrastructure.


Skills and Experience

  • Cisco Switching
  • LAN/WAN
  • IP Routing
  • VOIP / Enterprise Telephony
  • Enterprise Firewalls
  • Web Proxies and filtering

Other desirable areas:

  • Cryptography and security principles
  • Security threats and mitigations
  • VPNs
  • Remote Access Solutions
  • Load balancers (Including GSLB)
  • Cloud / Microsoft Office such as: DNS, Azure, Migration and administration.)
  • It would be desirable for you to have some people management experience.
