    9 Month Fixed Term Contract/Secondment.

    An interim opportunity has arisen for the role of Service Support Manager within the Safeguarding, Quality Assurance and Improvement and the Clinical Service.

    This role will involve providing oversight of business support and business processes across two service areas and reporting into the Business Manager for these services.

    This exciting role will be pivotal to the successful provision of a first-class business support service and supporting Children and Family Service Practitioners to provide excellent services to children and families in Hackney.

    In particular, this role focuses on child protection conference processes, supporting the wider service areas with business arrangements and overseeing staffing across both departments.

    Reporting to the Business Manager, you will be an enthusiastic senior administrator with experience of working either within a Local Authority or large organisation.

    The successful applicant will be part of the Business Support Management Team, overseeing the business support provision within a specific service area.
