- Managing all information regarding product specifications .
- Ensuring all information is compliant with quality standards, whilst aligning with customer requirements.
- Advising customers of potential risks during the process to ensure product launches are smooth and efficient.
- Meeting deadlines for new product launches with all relevant information complete such as quality standards, shelf life, etc.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
- Transferring analytical data onto spreadsheets with reports.
- Conducting internal audits , as well as ensuring external audits are complete to ensure all food safety standards, and all other requirements are met.
- Any other duties required.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in food science/technology or related field.
- Experience in a similar role within food manufacturing.
- Experience using online specification systems.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literate with good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Able to work well in a team and independently.
