Overview:


Acting as our customers' voice you will be interacting stakeholders and end-users to deliver a phenomenal experience of Zebra's services and products.

This is a post-sales relationship role where you'll ensure outstanding overall service and solution delivery.


Responsibilities:


As primary customer contact for key customers, our Customer Experience Specialist supports client retention as well as leading regular customer and partner meetings to review service performance.


  • Improving Customer Satisfaction by acting as the escalation point and as the voice of customer for major technical cases and ensuring relevant teams in Zebra take the corrective actions to resolve the customer issue
  • Interpreting customer data, providing regular updates to management to help drive effective business decisions
  • Ensuring customer servicerelated SLAs/KPIs and quality standards are met.
  • Responsible for monitoring and assessing the account services for applicable clients
  • Assumes responsibility for ensuring flawless service delivery and managing relationship with account contact
  • Participates on identifying and proposing resolutions to business issues for the client
  • Conducts regular customer and partner meetings with management oversight to review service plans and recommends improvement to services. Advises the client. Introduces client to new offerings/upsells to assist client in solving business problems
  • Acts as a mediator between business customer and stakeholders

Qualifications:


  • Knowledge of MS Office package
  • Proficient level of written and spoken English language
  • Interest in new technologies and learning new skills
