As Quote to Contract Delivery Lead you will be responsible for co-ordinating the day-to-day cross team activities required to drive product and system enhancements to our key Quote to Contract (QTC) tools.
This role will support our drive towards delivering a more automated and governed QTC journey for our clients and colleagues, which significantly increases the number of pricing, quote & contracting deals which can be system generated.
The role will work across a wide range of UK&I & Global stakeholders to bring coordination and delivery of change activities, which will ensure key deliverables are completed to time & quality.
This will include the change management activities required to ensure technical teams have fully defined requirements and that business readiness activities are completed to enable successful implementation of changes - including post go-live warranty activities.
You will have strong administrative & organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams, and multiple deliverables.
This will include directing the activities of operational, pricing, sales, product & contracting teams to achieve common outcomes with regular communication to senior leaders regarding the performance of the change delivery cycle.

Working as part of the QTC team reporting to the QTC Product Owner, your role will significantly contribute to the delivery of the overall strategy of the function and key business goals.
This will include support of key transformation initiatives determined through Customer & Operations Transformation or other transformation related workstreams as the business continues to develop.
You will be the deputy in the QTC team, and therefore provide guidance and support to other QTC team members where necessary, especially as you will be across most of the activities within the team.
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
- Experience working on a variety of transformation projects, preferably involving system implementations and enhancements
- Strong track record leading and delivering multiple initiatives at the same time
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to track and balance detailed actions across multiple deliveries
- Experience working with key agile and scrum principles e.g. Backlog management, Kanban boards, Sprints, Retros, Iterative improvements
- Practical experience with business change management and embedding change.
Work that matters - What you'll be doing
Delivery:
Accountable for the execution of items in the backlog, from business requirements through to test, launch and embed. Ensuring the co-ordination and alignment of matrix teams results in an efficient and effective delivery schedule. Structured approach to change delivery through adherence to the established change process, and production of agreed documentation. Including identification, management and escalation of delivery risks and development of supporting contingency plans.
Drives positive delivery of change from concept to completion which also includes warranty management, BAU handover & post implementation reviews.
Stakeholder Management:
Building strong relationships that help provide the insight required to effectively prioritise and manage multiple complex deliveries. Influence and leverage relationships to drive alignment and remove blockers to execution. Facilitation of decision making through the gathering, co-ordination and presentation of information to key stakeholders. Direction of matrix teams supporting change activities in a clear, consistent and outcome focused way.
Ownership of change backlog:
Responsible for effective management of backlog delivery and prioritisation, ensuring clear methodologies and tools are in place to support backlog management.
Communication:
Accountable for clear written / verbal / presentation communication across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring communications
