- To understand and effectively communicate with clients regarding progress and costs.
- To ensure full compliance with the company's policies, including Quality Policy, Matter Management, Billing Control Policy, Time Recording Policy, Confidentiality Policy, Data Protection Policy, Money Laundering Policy, Complaints Policy, Risk Management Policy, Health & Safety Policy, Holiday Policy, and any other policies outlined by the company.
- To adhere to all relevant Professional Obligations set forth by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Financial Conduct Authority.
- To comply with the Solicitors' Accounts' Rules and promptly report any breaches to the COFA.
- To be knowledgeable about and comply with the Solicitors Regulation Authority Codes of Conduct.
- To achieve individual or Group fee targets and take necessary precautions to prevent negligence.
- To utilize Case Management and computer systems efficiently.
- To participate in marketing the firm's services.
- To support the development of all Fee Earners within the Group.
- To continuously enhance professional knowledge and ensure compliance with the Law Society's requirements for Continuing Professional Development.
- To contribute to team meetings and enhance the Firm's quality standards.
- To fulfill any additional duties requested by the Business Head or Partner of the firm.
