Parts Advisor required in Exeter

Salary:
£26,000 plus overtime and bonus package.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am-6pm plus alternate Saturdays 8am-1pm
We are currently working with a well established main dealer that operate a few sites over the South West.

This modern, contemporary main dealer is situated on the Marsh Barton estate in Exeter.

They are looking to recruit a parts advisor that can display a great attitude and work ethic.

Parts Advisor experience is greatly desired however not essential.

Some duties of a Parts Advisor include:

Order/stock preparation for retail customers and internal colleagues.
Develop customer relations through inbound and outbound telephone calls, walk in customers and internet enquiries.
Handle warranty claim processes.
Prepicking parts for the work shop.
