    Role Summary


    We are seeking a highly motivated Delegate Sales Executive to join our sales team who can also reach to international delegates and businesses.

    The Delegate and International Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling delegate passes to our events.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

    Essential Responsibilities


    • Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive repeat business and secure future sales.
    • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking, to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
    • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential sales opportunities and strategies.
    • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, including accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and results.
    • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for delegates, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and targeted messaging to drive delegate attendance.
    • Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from clients and delegates to continuously improve our events and enhance the delegate experience
