Retail Operation Specialist

VooPoo UK is currently hiring Retail Operation Specialist role to help continue to expand its ever-growing market share in the vaping world.

Founded in 2017, VooPoo has taken the market by storm with some of the most successful vape devices to ever hit the UK shelves.

As of 2021, VooPoo has expanded its base of operations to multiple overseas territories including the UK.

Responsible for the local launch planning of new products retailing, do the matching and management of material prototype resources, output localized product training materials, marketing techniques, promotion SOPs, etc., maintain efficient communication with the person in charge of local promotion, coordinate the planning of human resources for local promotion, do the promotion budget of their respective brands, implement and review accordingly, and take full responsibility for the product shelf rate.
Responsible for new product retail local listing planning, including: the number of new product promotion target stores, promotion channel types (chain, independent stores, supermarkets, convenience stores), coordinate with the ground promotion responsible person, do a good job of their respective brands of human resources allocation and product promotion rhythm control; do the corresponding budget planning and implementation supervision.
Responsible for the relevant product training, including: promotion KSP, marketing techniques, product promotion SOP output and training, do the corresponding training records and training assessment.
Responsible for the matching and management of material prototype resources for the ground promotion team (communicate with the ground promotion team leader for specific implementation), including: demand submission, logistics delivery, logistics follow-up, warehousing, inventory management, outgoing material distribution to ground promotion staff/retail stores, responsible for the material prototype coverage rate and product shelf rate.
Retail logistics support and assistance related to the ground marketing team

Basic Requirements:

More than 2 years of activity execution, in the channel side to do the exhibition related experience, familiar with the activities / project operation process, and has a strong ability to implement and organizational skills

2、Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to summarize multiple information and land for the implementation plan

3、Fast learning and adaptive ability, able to manage multiple activities in parallel

4、Patient and meticulous work, strict attitude

5、Skilled operation of office software, certain forms processing and data analysis skills

Salary:
£25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
