JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title:
Appointment Booker
**Hourly Rate: £9.50 per hour plus bonus

Location:
Home Based (training in Welwyn Garden City)

Contract:
Temporary to Permanent

Hours: 30 hours per week - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 09.30 to 5pm and Wednesday 09.30 to 4pm and Friday 09.30 to 12.

SKILLS REQUIRED
- computer literate
- confident telephone manner, someone who is happy to make outbound calls
- proactive person
- ideally you will have experience in retail sales or will have worked in an office based role before

RESPONSIBILITIES
- making outbound calls to existing customers to find out if they are looking for any furhter work or assistance
- updating database with call notes
- working towards targets
