    Salary Range: £23,115 to £24,140 pro-rata, per annum (actual salary £11,557 - £12,069 per annum)

    Work Location: Hybrid working (home and office based in Fareham)

    Joining our friendly and supportive team, you'll provide first-class administrative support, enabling our Social Work teams to deliver essential services to Older Adults so they can live long, happy and independent lives.

    In this varied role you'll carry out general administrative activities including managing queries, compiling letters, emails and reports, scheduling meetings and taking minutes. You'll use a range of IT software on a daily basis as well as digital tools such as our case management system.

    Along with a successful track record of delivering a high standard of customer care, you'll have administrative experience and excellent communication skills. With a flexible approach to changing demands and priorities, you'll enjoy working as part of a team, collaborating and supporting others to ensure an excellent level of service is delievered. You'll also be confident using Microsoft Office and learning new IT systems. With good organisational, prioritisation and time management skills, you'll play a key role in the smooth running of the team.

    In this hybrid working role, you'll work Tuesday - 5pm, Wednesday - 5pm and Thursday am - 5pm. You will be required to work in the office at The Parkway in Fareham, every Tuesday.
