As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will become an integral part of a skilled team dedicated to delivering outstanding professional building surveying services to blue-chip clients.
This role will allow you to engage with a wide variety of projects, from commercial and residential to public sector and education, providing a broad learning spectrum and fast-paced development.
Key responsibilities:
Assisting in all aspects of building surveying, including technical due diligence, dilapidations, building pathology, and contract administration.
Working closely with senior surveyors to provide bespoke advice tailored to client needs.
Participating in projects across diverse sectors within the built environment, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Engaging in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in building surveying.
The Assistant Building Surveyor
A recent graduate in Building Surveying or a related discipline, aspiring to work towards MRICS qualification.
Demonstrates a keen interest in various sectors within the built environment.
Exhibits strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and colleagues.
Shows initiative, with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
