    Project Coordinator

    12 Month Fixed Term Contract

    This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving the shift towards a sustainable transport system. You have relevant knowledge and experience of coordinating projects and the desire to help prepare Scania in our sustainability journey.

    ZEHID (Zero Emission HGV and Infrastructure Demonstration) is a Government competition, providing funding for zero emission vehicles and infrastructure. The main responsibility of the Project Coordinator role is to act as the first point of contact for ZEHID queries from Innovate UK, internal stakeholders, and external bodies, as well as coordinating the delivery of electric vehicles as part of the ZEHID programme and coordinating other requests for related initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Work with the SGB Sales function and the factory to secure and deliver Scania vehicles to meet ZEHID demand.


    • Manage the governance required to remain compliant with the ZEHID programme, including claiming costs via the Innovate UK portal.


    • Manage the dedicated email inbox and provide updates to the wider team.


    • Manage the administration of ZEHID contracts, ensuring that funds are drawn down effectively.
