    Regularly communicate creative avenues of client relationship growth, both with your team members and client
    Own the overall relationship with assigned banking clients across EMEA
    Manage key contact relationships while leading renewal contract negotiations
    Provide exceptional customer service while representing the Intralinks brand
    Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams, and support Renewals Specialists' efforts
    Field Sales (B&C / Alts) – Partner with Account Executives to surround opportunities to retain renewal and increase Intralinks footprint
    Deal Strategy Hub – Leverage Pricing Team, Deal Desk, etc. Legal, Billing, Sales Ops, etc. – Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics
    Leverage available data to make strategic time investments and impactful contributions to the business
    Transparently share risks, upsell opportunities, status updates, etc.
    5 + years of Software sales experience
    ~ Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
    ~ Previous experience with SaaS / Financial Services Industry
    ~ CRM experience, preferably Salesforce.
