    Principal consultant – EU/UK tech recruitment– Up to £65k Base – £160k OTE + guarantees to cover your move

    Do you want FULL OWNERSHIP of your desk?

    My client currently has a huge demand from their EU clients, but no one currently has ownership of the permanent EU desk...

    The difference between this opportunity is that you will NOT be building this desk from a COLD start -(80% of the client base already comes from the EU)

    You will already have;

    A build-out infrastructure of a well-known brand

    A CRM database of existing clients & candidates

    Back office, Opps team, HR, Marketing team to hand 24/7.

    But what it does allow you to do;

    Build out your desk how you like - complete autonomy.

    Be the face of the EU permanent or contract desk.

    avg fees of €26,000 (huge wealth creation)

    You can take this opportunity to the moon (as my client likes to say)

    You can build out a team beneath you, hire your own people, people you are invested in

    OR

    If management isn't for you, work towards the sales director route.

    The opportunity can go as far as you want it to.
