The opportunity is to join an experienced team of consultants with existing relationships in the industry and a strong track-record of delivering results.

As a growing area of the business, this person will be required to have a proactive attitude towardsall parts of their work.


Responsibilities will include:

  • Building and managing a strong network of relevant contacts within private markets, focusing on individuals within business development, investor relations, marketing, and product strategy
  • Proactively developing existing and new relationships with line managers and HR teams at target private equity, private debt, infrastructure, and real estate firms
  • Operating in a consultative manner to advise and partner on recruitment projects
  • Managing a fullcycle recruitment process from inception to completion
  • Managing complexity, change, expectations, negotiations etc. within a business environment
  • Working within a team to deliver on business targets
  • Managing roles appropriately from an operational perspective using CRM tool fully
  • Negotiating terms of business with a commercial mindset
  • Managing recruitment tools such as LinkedIn fully, always representing personal and company brand appropriately
  • Effectively demonstrating company best practices and promoting brand awareness

Preferred skills & competencies:

  • Experience within recruitment
  • Knowledge of private markets is a real benefit, but not a requirement
  • Consultative approach to working with clients
  • Proactive and selfmotivated attitude towards work
  • Strong account management skills
  • Excellent communication skills oral and written
  • Attention to detail in all aspects of work
  • Emotional intelligence and superior ability to manage complexity
  • Strong team player
  • Naturally resilient with a solutionsbased mindset
  • Commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Excellent project and process management skills
  • Fluency in English is a prerequisite
