Reed (Food & FMCG) are representing a market-leading Food & FMCG company in their search for a new Quality Assurance professional.

This person will be responsible for:

Flagging analytical errors to the operational team.- Sampling- GMP, Hygiene and Packaging Audits- Allergen, shelf life etc testing- Temperature and humidity checks- Relevant documentation and labelling

Desirable: - Previous experience QA in a food/drink/pharmaceuticalcompany- HACCP
