Pantree operates small, selfservice food & drink markets inside the lobby areas of residential buildings around London

The Role - _
Multi-Site Retail Merchandiser
In this role, The role has two main responsibilities:

You will collect the pre-picked stock from our warehouse in Leyton, and drive it (using the company van) to each of our stores across London
Once you arrive at each apartment building, you will bring the products from the van to the pantree market inside the building. You will then restock and organise the shelves to a high standard of presentation.

A typical shift will involve replenishing 4-7 individual Pantree stores.

This is a part time role for 3 eight-hour shifts per week.

Shifts are night shifts - 7pm to 3am (could also be 8pm to 4am if you preferred).

This role is genuinely crucial to Pantree's success:

First, you will be the 'face of the company'
the person representing Pantree onsite in front of residents and building management.
Second, because you will be stocking the products onto the Market shelves, you will be responsible for how the Pantree stores ultimately look and feel.

Pay
£14 per hour

Applicant - Key Requirements

In addition, the following are required:

Experience driving a large (3.5t) van
Clean driving licence
Full UK/EU Driving licence (for 2 years)
Have no driving convictions or pending (for the past 5 years)
Never been banned from driving or refused insurance
Available to work 4 days a week, to include 2 weekends per month (40hrs/week)
Able to provide good employment references

Job - Key Duties

Loading_
Collecting the prepicked products from the warehouse, and loading onto the van
Driving (3.5t van)_
Drive to the residential buildings where the Pantree Markets are found
At each residential building, unload the products for that Market and transport them to the Pantree Market within the building (generally, these are right by the entrance to the building).
Replenishment_
At the Market, follow internal company guidance and standards to restock products onto shelves with a high level of care and pride
Interact positively with residents and building management whilst representing Pantree onsite

£336.00 per week

We currently have two employees in this role, and they both really love it.

It's a very generous salary, and the work itself is stimulating, varied, and there are good opportunities for growth within Pantree.

However, it's a quite unusual role because it combines both driving, and stocking the markets.

If you're happy with the following three things, this is a great fit for you.

1) Driving a 3.5t van
2) Merchandising (arranging the products on the shelves of the markets)

3) Lifting quite heavy tote boxes (a sack trolley is provided for moving the boxes, but you'd be lifting them off the van to put them onto the trolley).
