The Group currently has over 40 employees and has a very clear growth plan to reach 100 within 3 years and 250 within 10 years.
We are looking for a true HR professional that is multi-talented in both staff retention / wellbeing and high paced internal recruitment.
The essential skills for the role are:
Managing internal recruitment processes
Setting up interviewing procedures
Advertising roles
Attending Trade fairs / Career Fairs
Plus:
Existing staff one on ones
Managing incentive programs
Reward Schemes
Mental Health
Staff overall wellbeing
Updating policies and procedures
This is a senior role and as the company grows will become an HR Director position and there will be a requirement to build an HR team.
An annual bonus, based on staff retention and further headcount growth, will be put in place and will be very generous for the right applicant who enjoys working in a fun, fast paced and targeted environment.
