Alliance Personnel are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented or Trainee Metal Polisher to join one of their clients based in Willenahll, WV13.

As a Polisher, you will be responsible for finishing and polishing various metal surfaces to ensure a smooth and flawless appearance.

• Use hand tools and mechanical knowledge to grind, sand, and polish metal surfaces
• Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
• Work with sheet metal and other materials to achieve desired results
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

• Previous experience as a Polisher or in a similar role is preferred
• If Trainee - full training will be provided
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Basic mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
• Knowledge of different polishing techniques and materials

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
