- Oversee day-to-day operations of the company, including project management, resource allocation, and scheduling.

- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
- Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and quality standards in the utilities/civil industry
- Ability to analyse complex data, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
